DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We only dispatch orders as an insured parcel. This is to ensure the safe delivery of all items because of their fragile nature and value to the customer. A tracking number will be sent to you some hours after dispatch.
A physical presence, ID, and signature are required by you, upon receipt of your order.
The order will be dispatched by us or by a carrier of our choice, during working hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 to 21:00).
Under schedule, delivery times are implemented as follows:
DOMESTIC <GREECE>
• To Attica within 3 working days from the time you place your order at our online store.
• To county capitals within 3 working days from the time you place your order at our online store.
• To other areas within 3 working days from the time you place your order at our shop, except remote areas that delivery takes 4 working days.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT
• Europe within 5-7 working days from the time you place your order at our online store.
• Outside Europe (USA, Australia, Asia, etc.) within 10-12 working days from the time you place your order at our online store.
During INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT (outside Europe) customs charges may be assigned to your package. It is your responsibility to pay for any associated import taxes including VAT and duties. These additional taxes are required by your country’s governmental regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Our company is not liable for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Our company is not liable for delays in delivery due to delays at customs, intermediate spaces loading and unloading, weather, transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of goods.
In any case of delay, our company will make every effort to contact you, and inform you in order to find a solution.
Although our company is taking every measure to meet your need for information in relation to any lack in availability of a product, there is always a chance of an unexpected failure or product unavailability from our suppliers, even after confirmation of your order.
In this case, our company will inform you with every detail, and consult with you in order to deliver a new or different product, or cancel the order without any penalty for both parties, or fully refund your payment within a reasonable time.
RETURNS
Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you may return it with absolutely no reimbursement costs. The cost of the return shipment and the cost of the items returned will be refunded to you. You should notify us by sending an e-mail at info@vcrystals.com or by phone at 00302241026218. Vcrystals.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired, where used or that are not in the same condition as you received them.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes documents, certificates and packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our company. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
